Meeting Ms. St. Pierre was mere happenstance. I was to meet another agent for a viewing who could not make it so that asked her to meet me. She immediately owned my needs and what I was looking for. She listened and made logical suggestions more like a friend than an agent trying to pitch a place to a possible new client. Ms. St. Pierre was able to to do more for me in the two or three weeks since our first meeting than anyone else had since I moved up from Florida in July, 2018. We looked at a variety of palces until she found the I finally rented. I was through another agent but after all the work and efforts, her kindness and patience, I had no issues paying the additional broker fee to her. I feel confident in saying that Ms. St. Pierre will be my only realtor for all my real estate needs for a very long time.
